Justice In Quran

Justice In Quran

2:282. O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down. And let a scribe write [it] between you in justice. Let no scribe refuse to write as Allah has taught him. So let him write and let the one who has the obligation [i.e., the debtor] dictate. And let him fear Allah, his Lord, and not leave anything out of it. But if the one who has the obligation is of limited understanding or weak or unable to dictate himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And bring to witness two witnesses from among your men. And if there are not two men [available], then a man and two women from those whom you accept as witnesses – so that if one of them [i.e., the women] errs, then the other can remind her. And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon. And do not be [too] weary to write it, whether it is small or large, for its [specified] term. That is more just in the sight of Allah and stronger as evidence and more likely to prevent doubt between you, except when it is an immediate transaction which you conduct among yourselves. For [then] there is no blame upon you if you do not write it. And take witnesses when you conclude a contract. Let no scribe be harmed or any witness. For if you do so, indeed, it is [grave] disobedience in you. And fear Allah. And Allah teaches you. And Allah is Knowing of all things.

3: 18. Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge
– [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

3: 21. Those who disbelieve in the signs of Allah and kill the prophets without right and kill those who order justice from among the people – give them tidings of a painful punishment. 22. They are the ones whose deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and for them there will be no helpers.

3:108. These are the verses of Allah. We recite them to you, [O Muhammad], in truth; and Allah wants no injustice to the worlds [i.e., T0 His creatures] .

4: 9. And let those [executors and guardians] fear [injustice] as if they [themselves] had left weak offspring behind and feared for them. So let them fear Allah and speak words of appropriate   justice.

4: 29. O you who have believed, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent. And do not kill yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful. 30. And whoever does that in aggression and injustice
– then We will drive him into a Fire. And that, for Allah, is [always] easy.

4: 40. Indeed, Allah does not do injustice, [even] as much as an atom's weight; while if there is a good deed, He multiplies it and gives from Himself a great reward.

4: 49. Have you not seen those who claim themselves to be pure? Rather, Allah purifies whom He wills, and injustice is not done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside a date seed].

4: 58. Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice. Excellent is that which Allah instructs you. Indeed, Allah is ever Hearing and Seeing.

4: 135. O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not [personal] inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort [your testimony] or refuse [to give it], then indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted.

4: 168. Indeed, those who disbelieve and commit wrong [or injustice] – never will Allah forgive them, nor will He guide them to a path, 169. Except the path of Hell; they will abide therein forever. And that, for Allah, is [always] easy.

5: 8. O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allah, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do.

5: 42. [They are] avid listeners to falsehood, devourers of [what is] unlawful. So if they come to you, [O Muhammad], judge between them or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them – never will they harm you at all. And if you judge, judge between them with justice. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.

6: 82. They who believe and do not mix their belief with injustice – those will have security, and they are [rightly] guided.

6: 115. And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

6: 152. And do not approach the orphan's property except in a way that is best [i.e., intending improvement] until he reaches maturity. And give full measure and weight in justice. We do not charge any soul except [with that within] its capacity. And when you speak [i.e., testify], be just, even if [it concerns] a near relative. And the covenant of Allah fulfill. This has He instructed you that you may remember.

7: 9. And those whose scales(of deeds) are light – they are the ones who will lose themselves for what injustice they were doing toward Our verses.

7:29. Say, [O Muhammad], "My Lord has ordered justice and that you direct yourselves [to the Qiblah] at every place [or time] of prostration, and invoke Him, sincere to Him in religion." Just as He originated you, you will return [to life] .

7: 181. And among those We created is a community which guides by truth and thereby establishes            justice.

10: 4. To Him is your return all together. [It is] the promise of Allah [which is] truth. Indeed, He begins the [process of] creation and then repeats it that He may reward those who have believed and done righteous deeds, in justice. But those who disbelieved will have a drink of scalding water and a painful punishment for what they used to deny.

10: 23. But when He saves them, at once they commit injustice upon the earth without right. O mankind, your injustice is only against yourselves, [being merely] the enjoyment of worldly life. Then to Us is your return, and We will inform you of what you used to do.

10: 47. And for every nation is a messenger. So when their messenger comes, it will be judged between them in justice, and they will not be wronged.

10: 54. And if each soul that wronged had everything on earth, it would offer it in ransom. And they will confide regret when they see the punishment; and they will be judged in justice, and they will not be wronged.

11: 85. And O my people, give full measure and weight in justice and do not deprive the people of their due and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption.

16: 76. And Allah presents an example of two men, one of them dumb and unable to do a thing, while he is a burden to his guardian. Wherever he directs him, he brings no good. Is he equal to one who commands justice, while he is on a straight path?

16: 90. Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.

17: 71. [Mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will call forth every people with their record [of deeds]. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand – those will read their records, and injustice will not be done to them, [even] as much as a thread
[inside the date seed].
18:49. And the record [of deeds] will be placed [open], and you will see the criminals fearful of that within it, and they will say, "Oh, woe to us! What is this book that leaves nothing small or great except that it has enumerated it?" And they will find what they did present [before them]. And your Lord does injustice to no one.
20: 111. And [all] faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. And he will have failed who carries injustice. 112. But he who does of righteous deeds while he is a believer – he will neither fear injustice nor deprivation.

21: 47. And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.

22: 60. That [is so]. And whoever responds [to injustice] with the equivalent of that with which he was harmed and then is tyrannized – Allah will surely aid him. Indeed, Allah is Pardoning and Forgiving.

24: 25. That Day, Allah will pay them in full their true [i.e., deserved] recompense, and they will know that it is Allah who is the manifest Truth [i.e., perfect in justice].

25: 4. And those who disbelieve say, "This [Quran] is not except a falsehood he invented, and another people assisted him in it." But they have committed an injustice and a lie.

25: 19. So they will deny you, [disbelievers], in what you say, and you cannot avert [punishment] or [find] help. And whoever commits injustice among you – We will make him taste a great punishment.

27: 13. But when there came to them Our visible signs, they said, "This is obvious magic."14. And they rejected them, while their [inner] selves were convinced thereof, out of injustice and haughtiness. So see how was the end of the corrupters.

31: 13. And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, "O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with Him] is great injustice."

33: 70. O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. 71. He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.

40: 17. This Day (Day of judgment) every soul will be recompensed for what it earned. No injustice today! Indeed, Allah is swift in account.

40: 31. Like the custom of the people of Noah and of  Aad and Thamud and those after them. And Allah wants no injustice for [His] servants.

42: 15. So to that [religion of Allah] invite, [O Muhammad], and remain on a right course as you are commanded and do not follow their inclinations but say, "I have believed in what Allah has revealed of scripture [i.e., the Quran], and I have been commanded to do justice among you. Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us are our deeds, and for you your deeds. There is no [need for] argument between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and to Him is the [final] destination."

49: 9. And if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between the two. But if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of Allah. And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.

55: 9. And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance.

57: 25. We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.

Sisters beaten up by Hindu extremist n abused by Kolkata Police for converting to Islam

Arshad Ali
http://m.indianexpress.com/news/sisters-beaten-up-for-converting-to-islam/962523/

A south Kolkata girl, who has converted from Hinduism to Islam, and her sister who is also keen to convert, were beaten up allegedly by the associates of the local councillor. The girls have also alleged police inaction.

Vinita Shaw, 25, a resident of 57/2B Bondel Road, adopted Islam in December last year. Her new name, vide an affidavit by a first class magistrate is, Taiba Khatoon (The Indian Express possesses a copy of the affidavit). Her sister, 18-year-old Pooja Shaw, too, expressed her wish to follow suit last week.

The conversion apparently did not go down too well with their neighbours, who, on June 8, beat up the two sisters and their family, including her mother and brother, with bricks and rods.

“We are a very poor family. My father is paralytic and bed-ridden. These people started a fight on the pretext that we dirty the place too much. But when they started beating us, they said unmentionable things as I have converted,” said Vinita. She also alleged that both sisters were abused and molested.

Vinita also claimed harassment at the hands of the police.“I went to the police station with a written complaint against Asim Bera, Tapas Bera, Abhishek Malakar, Krishna Ray, Akash Ray, Manoj Singh, Bikas Singh and Birju Paswan but investigating officer D D Roy Chowdhury tore it up and wrote it himself. He even refused to give me a copy of the complaint and when I insisted, he asked the other officer there to give it to me, referring to me with unmentionable names,” she said.

Pooja is still admitted at a private hospital in Broad Street. “I did not want anyone to know that after my sister, I, too, wanted to convert but these people somehow got an air of it. They are close aides of the local councillor, which is why the police is not taking any action,” she said.

She also said that when her paternal uncle, Kanaiya Lal Shaw, who lives next door, came to their rescue, he was also roughed up. “My mother Munni Devi and one of my brothers who was with us at that time were also assaulted,” she said.

OC, Karaya, S N Majumdar said a case had been lodged in the incident but denied any police inaction. “I met the girls and if they had anything against any officers, they should have told me. Even now if they have any complaint against any officer, it should be given to me in writing and I will definitely look into it,” he said.

Councillor of Ward 65 Sushil Sharma said he did not know the girls. “I only happen to know some of the accused. I don’t even know the name of the complainant. I am a broad-minded person and would not interfere with anyone’s religious sentiments. Whoever is at fault should be brought to book,” he said.

John 3:16, Son of God Debunked!

Recently encontered with a Christian as usual his claims are full of ignorace and lies!!
Ignorance as he himself dont knowabout Bible and failed to reply 3 basic questions of mine instead as usual doing copy paste.

Lies as he tried to attack Islam using false hood but poor man dont know that in Quran there is a verse which gives guideline on how to catch lairs....."Ask them to produce proof if you are truthful". So i asked him to produce proof and as isual he failed miserably and come up with some more copy paste i asked about the context of Bibilical verse he posted and he loses his Temper :)

Here is one message from him, i debunked.

ALREADY JUDGED

Read | John 3:17-18

We all have heard the following phrase often: "I don't believe God is going to condemn me to hell." I agree, but not with the comment's intended meaning--that a person is worthy of heaven on the basis of his own merit. You see, it is true that the Lord doesn't condemn people to hell. He allows them to opt for that eternal destination themselves. They have a right to choose.

God says that those who do not believe in Jesus Christ have been judged already (v. 18). In other words, by rejecting--or politely ignoring--their need for a Savior, unbelievers have chosen to remain unsaved and unforgiven. Scripture teaches that there will one day be a judgment, but God has already determined that those who trust in Christ will stand with Him while the rest will be sent away (Matt. 25:34-46). An unrepentant man or woman is not condemned by God but, rather, has chosen to remain in the company of all those condemned by their own free will.

God desires that everyone come to a saving knowledge of His Son Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:9). To that end, He has granted each person the right to decide whether or not to follow in obedience. However, those who reject the Savior are forewarned that they have settled for condemnation.

My Reply to him
Dear the verse Starts from 3:16 and this verse Talks about David not Jesus (pbut). So you should add David instead of Jesus (as) in ur concept of Trinity.

Here is the Proof
Verse 3:16 says "Only Begotten Son" (KJV) now which has been removed from Bible as a 4th century FABRICATION IN BIBLE.

Now Revised Standards Version

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his ONLY SON, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

The word begotten is not there.

But you will still argue, No no…I believe its (John 3:16) begotten.

For them….its ok .. the verse says Only begotten son, means GOD HAS ONLY ONE (Nauzubillah).

Now look at Bible
Psalms {2:7} I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou [art] my Son; this day have I BEGOTTEN THEE.

As per this David is the begotten son…..and John 3:16 says God has only one without mentioning Jesus(pbuh)!!

Who is lord and savior???

Cause it should be David(pbuh) as per John 3:16

Its important to note that in bible Jesus(pbuh) has been mentioned as ‘Son Of Man” more than 80 times and many places he mentions "MY FATHER & YOUR FATHER".

NOW THE PROBLEM IS CHRISTIANS ARE READING THE TRANSLATION OF BOOK NOT THE ORIGINAL....where translators have translated the metaphorical term into verbal terms.

NOW WHAT SON OF GOD MEANS AS PER BIBLE??

Son of God is a metaphorical term used in bible to denote righteous person. This term is used again and again for all prophet. Abraham is son of God, Noah is son of God, David is son of God(Peace be upon all of them) etc

Bible has got son by Tons, in the book of Romans it is clearly mentioned that
Romans {8:14} For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

It clearly states that son of God means righteous person, as per this if you are a God fearing person then you are a son of God.

So “Son of God” is a metaphorical term used in bible for righteous person. UNFORTUNATELY CHRISTIANS HAVE TAKEN THIS AS A PHYSICAL ONE.

Otherwise its clear

God is one, The eternal refuge, GOD BEGETS NOT NOR HE IS BEGOTTEN, There is none equivalent to him.(Quran 112)

Same thing is mentioned in BibleBible Num 23:19 God is not a man ..nor a son of man!!

For concept of salvation as per Jesus (as) Click here and see how it contradicts with your Claim.

◎ Three verses that say the Bible ISN’T God’s word! ◎

Now, here’s the kicker. There are THREE verses in the New Testament that claim that the Bible is NOT the exact word of God! Here let me show you!

➊ 1 Corinthians 7:12

⇛ "But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away."

The Apostle Paul clearly says here in the first sentence "speak I, NOT the Lord". He is saying that these words he is about to say are from him and not God! It’s in plain language. This alone technically invalidates the fundamentalist doctrine that every word in the Bible is uttered directly by God. It alone shatters this absolute claim of theirs. There is no defense. However, there are two more similar verses like it to shatter the doctrine even further beyond what’s necessary. Later on in the same chapter, Paul says:

➋ 1 Corinthians 7:25

⇛ "Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful."

You see here how Paul is saying that he is using his best personal judgment, and that what he's saying is not directly from God? He is telling you that he is writing his own opinion. Then, in Paul’s next letter to the Corinthians, he says:

➌ 2 Corinthians 11:17

⇛ "That which I speak, I speak it not after the Lord, but as it were foolishly, in this confidence of boasting."

Again, the same claim by Paul.

Christian apologists, when countered with these verses, usually respond by claiming either that 1) Paul was adding to Jesus' commands, or 2) Paul was being inspired without himself knowing it. Now those are very bizarre explanations indeed, which don’t even address this issue. Either way, even if those two explanations are true, they still shatter the doctrine of Biblical infallibility. And furthermore, in regards to the second explanation, why would God "inspire" Paul to say that his words were NOT from God?!

Now add up the score. ONE verse versus THREE! This extreme doctrine is shattered three times over.

⇛ It’s been disproven by 300 percent!

Trinitarians do Worship Three God By Sami Zaatari

⇛ Trinitarians often like to claim that they have a monotheistic belief. and that the Trinity is not the worship of 3 Gods rather it is the worship of One God.
Basically they say the Trinity doctrine is as follow:

◕ God is made up of 3 persons.
◕ The three persons are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit
◕ All three persons are distinct from each other
◕ Each person in the Trinity has a role of their own
◕ Jesus is the Son in the Trinity.

⇛ So basically that is the dogma of the Trinity.

Now let us show exactly why Christians do in fact worship three God's. As I said, the Trinity is made up of THREE people, these three people are all different than one another, it is basically exactly like having 3 people in an office, Tom, Dick, and Harry.

Now Christians say that
⇨ Jesus is God & ⇨ the Father is God & ⇨ the Holy Spirit is God
So therefore if you have three people, and each one of them is God then what are you left with? You are left with THREE Gods! This is logic!

If Tom Dick and Harry are each managers, how many managers do you have? You have three! Remember Trinity has THREE different persons, and each person is God, therefore you have three Gods and not one, there is no way around this mess.

Let us even make it simpler for people:

● Muslim: Is Jesus God?

♱ Christian: Yes ⇚

● Muslim: Is Jesus the Father?

♱ Christian: No ⇚

● Muslim: Is the Father God?

♱ Christian: Yes ⇚

● Muslim: Is The Father Jesus?

♱ Christian: No ⇚

● Muslim: So these are 2 different persons?

♱ Christian: Yes, 2 distinct different persons ⇚

● Muslim: And both are God?

♱ Christian: Yes ⇚

● Muslim: Is the Holy Spirit God?

♱ Christian: Yes ⇚

● Muslim: Is the Holy Spirit the Father or Jesus?

♱ Christian: No, the Holy Spirit is not ⇚

● Muslim: So Jesus is God, the Father is God, and the Holy Spirit is God?

♱ Christian: Yes ⇚

● Muslim: And these are three different persons?

♱ Christian: Yes ⇚

● Muslim: So you have three persons, each one is God, how many is that?

♱ Christian: Three, opppssss no no I meant One ⇚

⇛ It cannot get any simpler than that, Trinitarians worship THREE Gods and they can't deny it.

⇛ Now of course Trinitarians have come up with dozens and dozens of laughable analogies to make sense of the Trinity, however so my favorite analogy Christians bring up to make sense of the Trinity is the Family analogy.

▣ The family analogy basically says this:
A Family is made up of more than one member, a Father, Mother, and Son. Yet the family is one family and not three families, the same with Trinity.

▣ This is my favorite analogy, and it is one of the most deceptive analogies. The family statement is true, a family is made up of 2 or more persons, a typical basic family is a Husband, Wife, and son.

▣ But here is the problem, Christians say that each person in the Trinity is God, remember Christians say Jesus is God, the Father is God, and the Holy Spirit is also God. So therefore using the Christian Trinity doctrine, that would basically mean that the husband is a family, the wife is a family, and the son is also a family! In a family we say that the husband wife and son MAKE UP A FAMILLY, we do not say that each specific member of the family is the family!

⇛ Just test this out for yourself, go ask any Christian, is Jesus God, they will immediately say YES! AMENNNNNNNNNN! The Christian will not reply back by saying no Jesus is not God, but Jesus is part of God, you will NEVER hear this reply by a Christian, and I myself have never heard this from a Christian. So therefore the analogy FAILS since the analogy is not even close to Trinity, when you ask a husband are you a family sir? He will say I HAVE a family and yes I am in a family, but he will not say yes I am a family. So Christian Trinitarians have been very deceptive in their analogies and it seems they themselves don't understand what Trinity even is!

⇛ Christians do not say No Jesus is not God, or no the Father is not God, Christians do not say that Jesus and the Father are part of God and make up God, they say that Jesus IS God, they say that the Father IS God. So the analogy crumbles.

⇛ And this analogy even makes more problems! You see folks, someone doesn't come up to you alone and say are you a family? For instance if I was standing outside a shop all alone, a person would not ask me hey Sami are you a family? They would ask hey Sami are you in a family or do you have a family. So basically if we want to compare the Trinity to this family analogy, then this means that we should not ask Christians is Jesus God, we should ask Christians does Jesus have a God, does the Father have a God! Because the analogy is basically turning God into a family, so therefore this means God is made up of people, and is not one alone person, just like a family, so this means we should be asking the Christians does Jesus have a God rather than asking is Jesus God.

⇛ So as you can see, these analogies are so bad and deceptive they cause further problems for a Trinitarian. Trinitarians should simply accept the fact that they worship three God’s, once doing so they will be able to throw this Trinity lie out the window and become a real monotheistic faith.

The Arithmetic of Price Rise....

by Nisaar Y. Nadiadwala on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 9:04am

Today is Bharat Bandh, ‘India Closed’. The reason : Protest against increase in fuel prices. A few rupees increase in petrol prices means few Rupees increase in almost every commodity. Let me explain you like a school teacher’s Arithmetic.

If the price of petrol has increased by 5 rupees, my vegetable vendor will ask 5 Rupees more for each kilo of onions, Potatoes or tomatoes I buy. It means, if I buy one kilo each I am spending 15 rupees extra. This adds at least 450 Rupees to my monthly expense.  Same is with pulses. It increases an extra 450 Rupees to my expenditure. My milkman will ask at least 2 rupees more on each litre, making me spend 240 Rupees more per month. With the fuel prices up it mean local transports will also increase their fares. That is pickpocketing around 450 Rupees every month from my pocket and that too legally.

If everybody is increasing the rates then why will the umbrella sellers and rain coats and other commodities not increase their prices? After all they too have to pay more for vegetables, pulses, milk and local transport. So up goes my spending index by a couple of thousand Rupees more, per month.

So we have Bharat Bandh today. ‘India Closed’. But India will not be locked. The whole nation will play cricket or watch television channels. Nobody will lament for price rise. We will find it difficult to shell out a couple of thousand Rupees to pay the Taxi driver who runs his family on day to day bases of his earnings and the vegetable seller too. We will find milk expensive but we will afford to gulp down ice creams in large number. We will protest against fuel prices but we will continue to buy expensive mobiles and I-pads and I phones

For a lay reader, protest against corporate greed is a fight against high profits. Little do people understand that they are responsible for the surge of ‘Extreme liberal profit making economy’ where every spender is made to think that he can spend more than is capacity. And that is why the Bharat bandh will not close any chapters of corruption.

When we give men a taste of mercy, they exult thereat: And when some evil afflicts them because of what their  own hands have sent forth, behold, they are in despair. Surah Rum, chapter 30, verse 36
